In response to our client's requests, we have developed the Virtual In-House Counsel^® program.  Through this program, and together with our VIHC client, we develop a scope of work to meet our client's needs, along with an annual budget for these legal needs.  Our clients then have access to not just one individual attorney, but our entire firm's expertise.  Through this arrangement, our firm commits to providing a set number of legal hours to our VIHC client, serving as virtual in-house counsel on the myriad of legal issues facing corporations and businesses.  Our client gains the depth and varied experience of the entire firm's collective expertise, while controlling costs at a level comparable to the cost of traditional in-house counsel.
