Ronald Rossi is the founder and managing director of the law firm.

Ron represents entrepreneurs and owners of businesses, aiding them in the planning and growth of their businesses. His expertise includes corporate transactional work, complex commercial litigation, litigation avoidance strategies, business turnaround work and bankruptcy.  Ron has also acted as CEO and outside counsel in turnaround operations in the computer software, computer distribution, medical industries and building materials areas.

Ron has counseled a number of companies on European business development, as well as advising our  European clients in their U.S., North and South American activities.

Ron expertly assists both start-up and mature corporations. He has in-depth knowledge of entity formation strategies, partnership issues, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, financing, securities and capitalization, employment issues, and general business law matters.

Ron's transactional experience includes public company mergers, acquisitions and financings totaling over three quarters of a billion dollars.  His other areas of expertise include:

Officer and director ("business judgment rule") litigation, domestic and international securities offerings,  securities fraud litigation, SPIC litigation, banking and secured transactions,  financing (including lender and borrower representation in asset-based and factoring loan transactions), civil RICO white collar criminal defense, bankruptcies, workouts, and recapitalizations in the high technology and oil and gas industries (past work involved assets of more than $1 billion USD).  

Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Rossi was one of the original attorneys in the Denver branch office of Mayer, Brown & Platt (now Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw LLP).
