Ms. Woods is a Vice-President of the firm. 

Catherine provides strategic counsel to clients ranging from entrepreneurs to mature, established corporations.  Her practice emphasizes business planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and general corporate law.  Ms. Woods has represented businesses in the purchase and sale of interests in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, health organizations, retail, and entertainment interests.  She currently serves as primary Virtual-In-House Counsel® to several companies, handling their employment, transactional, and general corporate needs.

Catherine graduated in the top of her class from the University of Colorado School of Law.  She served as law clerk to the Hon. Morris B. Hoffman of the Denver District Court, and, prior to joining the Rossi & Co. PC team, was an associate in the Business Practice Group of the Moye Giles O'Keefe Vermeire and Gorrell LLP firm in Denver. 

Catherine's pre-law career provides her with a real-world perspective on her client's business issues.  She worked as a sales manager for a subsidiary of TCI, Inc., as well as a member of the Business and Industry sales team of a Fortune 500 computer software company.  From this background, Catherine approaches her client's needs with an informed understanding of the importance of producing clear and concise, comprehensive agreements benefiting her clients, on time, with her client's personal and organizational concerns in mind.

As a former teacher, Catherine’s interest in children is reflected in her continued community service efforts in the area of children’s health, as well as her pro-bono work in addressing the education needs of children with special needs.
